Onboarding 

I want to meet you! Your upline (the market partner who sponsored you) 

will schedule a quick 15 minute call with you. 

Your onboarding call should take place as soon as possible!

I prefer a zoom so we can put a face to the name!    

We will talk about your goals and why you joined.

You don’t have to Reinvent the Wheel

Duplication is something we strive on, we know what works and pass that information and training onto you! We want this to be as simple as possible by showing you what works. Now remember, this is YOUR business, so feel free to run it anyway you want! We provide you the tools and you decide what you want to do with them. Have fun!

Smart Start

Your Smart Start period is the month you enroll, plus 2 months after. 

Your goal should be to always build blocks each month. During Smart Start building blocks will earn you bonuses! 

Enrolling 4 VIPS= $60 bonus (this bonus applies even after Smart Start)

Building a block (4 VIPs + 1 MP) = $150 Bonus

Build 3 blocks = $500 Bonus

These bonuses are on top of the commission you will earn!

Next Steps 

Voxer

Download Voxer right now and let your upline know when you have so you can be added to a team group chat.  Voxer is a free app so we can communicate easily. Anytime you have a question head over to Voxer! If your upline is not available, someone else will be able to answer your questions. 

Post on Social Media

Post on social media that you started this journey and tell everyone why! We all said yes to this opportunity for different reasons, share yours! Your business does not officially open its doors until you announce you are open! I know it can be scary, but it will be worth and its necessary you do this right now! 

Launch Party 

Business launch parties are a great way to build your business. This can be done in person or virtually. Whatever route you take, your upline is there to help you with the party. We love events, we love having wash parties, its so much fun to get connected. I suggest making wash parties a normal part of your business. 

Groups

You will want to get connected with Facebook groups that your uplines run. Your upline will add you to the groups. I highly suggest turning your notifications on for the following groups:

I have a VIP group called Shampoo on Ice VIP. You can add any potential VIPs or current VIPs to this group. I post product information, how to’s and always post about the sales.
